High Clarity was founded by Steve Shulman after moving from Boston, Massachusetts, to San Diego, California, in 2004. The company focuses on the development of web-based software applications - including web site design, e-commerce development, rich web user interface (UI) components, distributed web frameworks, online marketing strategies, seach engine optimization (SEO), and custom software application development.

The company's approach to software development is to identify a number of deliverable milestones, which we call phases. The end goal of each phase is the delivery of a tangible software entity, which may be used to track overall progress of the project, while at the same time providing a continuous delivery stream. This ensures that features of a software application are made available to users of the application during the development process and not only at the end.

The name High Clarity was selected because software development is inherently a very complex process; however, with sufficient planning, requirements gathering, and architectural design, the delivery of quality software is better controlled. This path to successful software delivery is something that our company can achieve with a High Clarity.
