High Clarity was founded by Steve Shulman after moving from Boston, Massachusetts, to San Diego, California, in 2004. Since then, the company has grown and includes numerous strategic, design, and development partners. Steve has a Masters degree in Software Engineering, and over fifteen years of proven experience in development and management. Steve has lead teams of developers, assumed the roles of architect, project manager, director of Engineering, and consultant for many successful technology companies.

High Clarity's approach to software development is to gather the requirements for a client and and identify a number of deliverable milestones to track the progress of a project. The end goal of each milestone is the delivery of a tangible entity, allowing clients to gauge progress, keep costs down, and determine the order in which features are developed.

The name High Clarity was selected because software development is inherently a very complex process; however, with sufficient planning, requirements gathering, and architectural design, the delivery of quality software is better controlled. This path to successful software delivery is something that our company can achieve with a high level of precision and clarity.
